I just received a report from the restaurant I work for. Something was lost by the last couple who dined here, but I don't know what. Let me walk you through my cleaning process. I clean up in a systematic left-right, top-bottom way.
Plates are kind of hard to clean up, since their leftovers are messy. There might still be some morsels in there. I also have to be fast and dash around so I can finish this on the dot.
For the glasses, I always make sure to dispose the straws so I don't get flagged.
I always remember to clean up the flower vases. However, our guests seem to have mixed feelings on these flowers, sometimes on and sometimes off.
Lastly, I love these tip containers. They have been giving just coins lately, though, and it kind of feels out of touch. It's not quite nice to see.
